The hotel was very clean and very quiet, perfect for my stay. The rooms, though small as expected in a large expensive city, felt like a 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen/diner, living room, and large bathroom. The service was top-notch overall, with the staff being polite, welcoming, and friendly. However, they were not very helpful with local area information and parking. The location, in between two tube stations, was convenient, and being upgraded to a bigger room after a long drive was a nice surprise. The dining experience, though not inspiring, offered a great variety of continental and full English options. The facilities were great with easy access.
